There, he successfully completed a course in Hotel Management, acquiring valuable knowledge in administration, organization, leadership, and people management. He joined the Raj Sampatti Vibhag (Estate Department), where he devoted 32 years of distinguished service to the Government. Throughout his career, Mr. Shraddha Nand Chaudhary earned admiration for his honesty, discipline, administrative capabilities, and solution-oriented approach. His sincerity and consistent performance enabled him to rise through the ranks, eventually retiring in 2017 from the prestigious position of Chief Management Officer.
