Registration Forms are to be filled in and submitted to the School Office.:
Incomplete or illegible Registration Forms, without photographs will not be processed/ accepted
A. The minimum and maximum age limit for admission in various class is to be confirmed as school before Admission (Child born on 1 April should also be considered.)
Note: The maximum age limit can be relaxed by two years in case of Differently abled Children by the principal.
B. There is no age restricted for admission to class XI provided the students is seeking admission in the year of passing Class X examination. Similarly, There will be no upper & lower age limit for admission to Class XII provided there has been no break in the continuous study of the student after passing class XI.
The Parents/Guardians of the successful candidates are required to present at the time of admission the following documents:
For pre-primary classes, the birth certificate in original issued by the Municipal Corporation / Local bodies/Maternity Hospital as applicable, along with a certified photostat copy thereof. An affidavit or any other evidence is not acceptable in support of birth certificate.
For Classland above.
(a) Photocopy of the report card of the last class attended
(b) Transfer
Certificate(TC) /
Leaving Certificate (LC) from the school last attended. In case TC or LC is not
submitted at the
time of admission, the admission will be considered provisional. Regular admission will
be granted
only on receiving the TC/LC within 30 days, failing which the admission will be treated
as
cancelled.
(c) Candidates who are from other districts must have their TC
countersigned by
competent educational authority of the place.
(d) The admit card and School diary
will be issued
to parents only after the formis duly filled and the registration formalities are
completed.
3. Photo copy of Aadhar Card is mandatory for admission. The fee must be paid by the indicated/ communicated dates, otherwise admission will automatically stand cancelled.
The schools admit boys and girls between the age of 3+ to 16, irrespective of caste, creed or socio-economic status of their parents.
+ Admission upto class KG is based on child's performance in the interview whereas for class I to IX and XI admission would be done through entrance test.
+ The name of the student, date of birth, father's name, mother's name will not be changed once filled in the form.
+ Guardians of the candidates selected for admission are required to present a photocopy of the report card of the previous class and Transfer Certificate from the school last attended at the time of admission within 30 days which will be considered provisional, thereafter, the admission will be treated as 'Cancelled'. Those coming from other districts should have their T. C. countersigned by a competent Educational Authority of the place. Birth certificate in original from Nagar Mahapalika/Maternity Hospital would be required for the admission in pre-primary classes.
